Cooked in a traditional “Hellenic” sauce from fresh tomato, onions, extra virgin olive oil and various other special ingredients. It is one of the most favorable savory dishes in Greece and seaside tavernas often include it in their “meze” with feta cheese, tzatziki and Kalamata olives.
