Pasta with Tomatoes, ILIADA PDO Kalamata Olives and Feta Cheese

A refreshing and tasty recipe with authentic Greek flavour! Enjoy it!


Ingredients (Serves 3-4 people)


1 1/2 kg tomatoes (3 or 4), seeded and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/2 cup ILIADA PDO Kalamata pitted

1/4 kg feta cheese, crumbled

3 tablespoons drained capers

chopped flat-leaf parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

3/4 kg pasta

6 tablespoons ILIADA PDO Kalamata extra virgin olive oil




In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, olives, feta, capers, salt, and pepper.

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the pasta until just done, about 12 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, in a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil over moderately low heat for 1-2minutes maximum. Add the cooked pasta and the olive oil to the tomato mixture and toss.

Serve and enjoy!
